Gala evening emphasises future orientation
We celebrate dimensions of connection

A gala evening for invited guests was held on 15 May 2025 to mark recent events, the anniversary year and to further intensify cooperation with our customers and partners. Under the motto ‘Connecting dimensions’, Managing Director Dr Michael Seibold welcomed well-known politicians as well as long-standing customers and partners. In our recently opened customer centre, it became clear where Hauff-Technik is heading: Thanks to our innovative strength, we are able to continuously adapt our products to market requirements both nationally and internationally - with agility, speed and a clear focus on the future. In addition to focussing on jointly achieved goals, the strong relationship with each other is to be focused on and strengthened for the future.
Cem Özdemir, former Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture and Federal Minister of Education and Research, was welcomed as guest of honour at the gala evening and was given the opportunity to visit our site in Hermaringen in the afternoon. In addition to gaining an initial insight into the production hall and the state-of-the-art logistics centre, there was also an opportunity to talk to young colleagues who had made a successful start to their careers after completing their training or studies and are now full of enthusiasm for working in the company. ‘The conviction and motivation with which the employees at Hauff-Technik go about their work is particularly remarkable,’ emphasised Cem Özdemir in his speech. Hauff-Technik is regarded as an innovative force and a driving force for medium-sized companies in Baden-Württemberg. He is also of the opinion that the success of a company also depends on how the team sticks together. He really felt this cohesion during the talks. ‘I think it's extremely important that employees enjoy going to work and stand behind what they do. This is the only way we can be sure that an individual's wealth of ideas is fully utilised and that our country continues to develop.’
In addition to the historical milestones we have achieved in the company's 70-year history, the evening programme not only demonstrated the courage of our vision, but also a deep understanding of the challenges of urban transformation. This became particularly clear during a staged discussion between selected colleagues and their own versions of the future. Guests at the gala evening experienced an entertaining and visionary journey into the year 2050, with the so-called connection dimension - an intelligent infrastructure that systemically links energy, water, data and heat - taking centre stage. In this way, we make it clear that anyone building the future needs solutions that think ahead - and a company that helps shape change from the outset. Managing Director Dr Michael Seibold added: ‘Our products are not always visible - but they support entire systems. It is precisely this connecting dimension that we strengthen with innovative strength, market understanding and foresight.’ He is certain: ‘The future won't come at some point. It starts with the connections we create today.’
The finale of the event was a specially produced company song, which was performed live by a colleague.
